You can connect through any device that has a camera; there's nothing to download and no fee to use the platform. Co-payments and visit fees are easily handled via credit card in the same place.
A virtual appointment works well for eye infections, eye allergies, styes, etc. - stay out of the Emergency Room and Urgent Care for eye conditions.
